摘要
用浸渍法制备了过氧化氢生产用蒽醌加氢负载型铂催化剂 ,考察了载体的预处理温度、不同氧化物载体、铝钛复合载体中 Ti O2 的含量以及 L a、 Ce助剂对催化剂性能的影响 ;用 BET法测定了催化剂的表面积 ;采用H2 - O2 滴定法测定 Pt的分散度 ,并在固定床反应器上考察了催化剂的性能 .结果发现 ,用经 12 2 3K焙烧过的载体及在 Al2 O3载体中引入 10 %~ 2 0 % Ti O2 ,并引入一定量 L a、Ce助剂所制备的催化剂 ,具有良好的活性和稳定性 ,因而具有较好的工业应用前景 .
Supported Platinum catalysts for alkylanthraquinone hydrogenation were prepared by impregnation method. The influence of calcination temperature of supports, various supports, the content of TiO\-2 in Al\-2O\-3\|TiO\-2 and La or Ce additive on the catalysts' property were studied, as well as the surface of the catalysts was determined by BET method and the Pt dispersion was determined by H\-2\|O\-2 titration. The results showed that catalysts supports' calcination temperature at 1 223 K, Al\-2O\-3\|TiO\-2 support contenting 10%~20% TiO\-2 and the additive of La or Ce were of benefit to the catalytic properties and the catalysts had a better prospect of industrialization.
