摘要
将伊朗原油小于 35 0℃馏分切割成每 10℃的窄馏分 ,实测了窄馏分的闭口闪点、密度、折射率和运动粘度等物性 ,考察了窄馏分闪点与其它物性之间的相互关系 ,建立了预测窄馏分油闪点的五个数学模型。用上述数学模型预测窄馏分油闪点 ,其平均绝对误差均小于 3 1℃ ,可满足炼油设计和工程计算的要求。
The fraction below the true boiling point from 350?℃ of Iran crude was separated into narrow cuts of 10?℃ range And the properties such as close cup flash point, density, refractivity and kinematic viscosity of the narrow cuts have been measured The relation between flash point and the other properties of the narrow cut is investigated Five equations for predicting flash point of the fractions have been developed The average absolute errors of those equations to predict the flash point of the narrow cuts are below 3 1?℃ Therefore the equations can be applied to the refining design and industrial use
