摘要
目的;探讨准确、简便、安全地测定昆布中Ⅰ含量的方法。方法:在含有丙酮的弱酸性溶液中,以邻二氮菲—FC(Ⅱ)为指示剂,用Cc(SO_4))_2滴定液直接滴定。结果:测定线性范围 1.5～7.6mg(r=0.99999),滴定误差(重现性)±0.3％(n=5),平均加样回收率99.1％(n=5),样品测定RSD=0.7％(n=5)。结论:结果准确可靠,操作简单方便。
Objective: To determine accurately,conveniently,safely the content of the iodine in Laminar-ia. japonica. Methods: The I was titrated directly with Ce (SO_4)_2 Volumetric solution in the weak acidic solu- tion containing acetone using 1, 10phenanthroline--Fe(Ⅱ)as indicator. Results:The linear range of I^- was1. 5～7. 6mg (r = 0. 99999), the titrimetric error was ±0. 3% (n = 5 ), the average recovery 99. 1 % (n = 4),RSD ± 0. 3 %, the samples determination error was f ±0. 7 % (n = 5). Conclusion: The result is accurate andcredible. The operation is simple and secure.
