摘要
目的:建立磷酸苯丙哌啉片的溶出度测定方法。方法:选用《中国药典》2000年版二部附录溶出度测定法第三法,紫外分光光度法检测。结果:测定波长为270nm,浓度在0.052~0.208mg/ml范围内,与吸收度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),每片溶出量应为标示量的 75%以上。结论:本法适合于磷酸苯丙哌啉片的溶出度测定。
Objectice: To develop a method of dissolution determination method for BenproperinePhosphate Tablets. Methods: The 3rd dissolution method in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2000 was used,UV spectrophotometry was adopted for the determination. Results: At detecting wave length 270nm,there is a good linearity in the concentration range of 0. 052~0. 208mg/ml, r = 0. 9999, the dissolution ofBenproperine phosphate Tablets was not less than 75% of the labelled amount at 20min. Conclusion:This method could be applied to the determination of dissolution of Benproperine Phosphate Tablets.
