Application of Clinical Pathway in Quality Management of Hospital Services

医疗质量是医院的灵魂,是医院生存、发展的生命力之所在。医院之间的竞争,归根结底是医疗质量方面的竞争。为了更好地满足我国现阶段卫生医疗改革“用较低廉的费用提供较优质的医疗服务”的总体目标,必须进一步完善医疗过程标准,规范诊疗行为,提高医疗资本利用效率,促进医疗环节质量的提高。本文介绍了临床路径(Clinical Pathway CP)的起源、概念和实施方法等,提出了在我国实施CP的重要意义、紧迫性、面临的困难及解决的基本思路。

The clinical quality is the soul of a hospital, and It is the key of hospital to exist and develop. Basically, The competition among hospitals is to strive with others to attain excellent clinical quality. To satisfy the requirements of current medical reforming, which purpose is'using the lower expenses to provide better quality medical treatment service', we must consummate the standard of clinical process, normalize the diagnosis and treatment behavior and use the clinical resource efficiently, so that we can promote the quality of clinical link. This text introduced the origins, concept, advantage and practice method of the clinical path, it also expatiated on the importance, urgency, facing difficulty and basic solving way to put clinical pathway into practice in our country.
