摘要
目的 了解免疫反应过程中胸腺内神经纤维的形态可塑性 .方法 用免疫组织化学方法 ,观察 BAL B/ c小鼠用绵羊红细胞免疫后胸腺内神经纤维中生长相关蛋白 - 4 3(GAP- 4 3)的表达变化 .结果 在正常小鼠胸腺血管周神经纤维内存在着 GAP- 4 3表达 ,而实质中阳性神经纤维少见 ;免疫刺激后血管周的 GAP- 4 3阳性纤维数量显著增加 ,实质中纤维数量也少量增多 .结论 支配胸腺血管的神经存在着持续的结构重建 ,免疫反应时其塑型变化增强 ,提示神经支配与胸腺的功能活动密切相关 .
AIM To elucidate morphological plasticity of nerve fibers in the thymus during immune reaction. METHODS The expression of growth associated protein 43 (GAP 43) in the thymus of BALB/c mice was observed immunohistochemically following an immunization by sheep red blood cells. RESULTS There was a considerable amount of expression of GAP 43 in the perivascular nerve fibers, especially in the capsule and trabecula but less in parenchyma. Following immune stimulation, the number of positive fibers increased significantly in perivascular areas and slightly in parenchyma. CONCLUSION There is a persistent remodeling of the nerve fibers innervaing thymic blood vessels in normal mice, and the morphological changes of the nerve fibers occur during immune reaction. This phenomenon is closely correlated with the thymic functional activity.
