摘要
岗位评估对IT企业具有特殊的重要性 ,文章介绍了因素分值法岗位评估的基本概念。针对IT企业的组织结构特征、员工队伍特点提出了岗位评估模型 ,该模型将影响岗位价值的因素定义为岗位技能因素、付出努力因素和承担责任因素三个大类 。
Job position evaluation plays an important role in information technology enterprises.The paper presents three key factors including job skill, effort and responsibility according to the characteristics of human resources and the organization structure of IT enterprises. Finally, a quantitative analysis model for job position evaluation is built,and case study shows this model can resolve the position evaluation problem effectively.
