21世纪是中国民营经济蓬勃发展的时代,其界定将更加宽泛且拓展空间巨大;面对处于二次创业转型期的民营企业,政府的制度安排也将不断推陈出新;科技型民营企业将成为新世纪民营经济乃至国民经济的重要增长点;而积极参与基础领域的改革,必将成为民营经济跨世纪发展的重要舞台。
Facing the civil-run enterprises which are in the second undertaking transition perios,the system arrangement of the government will also weed through the old to bring forth the new continuously.The sci-tech type of the civil-run enterprises will become the important stage of the civil-run economy development in the new century.
