摘要
可持续发展战略的实施是一个庞大的系统工程 ,需要相应的指标体系作支撑。本文试图建立一套完整的指标体系 ,客观的评价区域可持续发展水平 ,为制定宏观政策和重大决策提供可靠的依据。
The strategy of sustained development is a huge engineering of system,which needs relevant indes system as a strong point.This paper plans to establish a set of index system and objectively assess sustained development level of region in order to provide reliable foundation for making macro policy and important decisions.
