Chinese Literati and Ryukyu in the Ming and Qing Dynasties

明清时期 ,琉球是中国的一个藩属国 ,中国士大夫在中琉交往过程中起到了重要的作用。中国士大夫册封琉球 ,精心培养琉球来华之留学生 ,并在日本吞并琉球的事件中各抒己见 ,商议对策等。明清士大夫与琉球的交往 ,从一个特定的角度反映了中国与琉球的外交关系 ,反映了明清中国的对外政策。

Ryukyu was a vassal state of China in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.Chinese literati played a key role in Chinese contacts with Ryukyu.Chinese literati's contacts with Ryukyu such as their diplomatic mission to Ryukyu,training of Ryukyu's students,comments on the Japanese annexation of Ryukyu and so on reflected the relation between China and Ryukyu as well as the diplomatic policies of China in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
