Zheng He's Sailing to West Ocean and the Ryukyu's maritime trade

郑和七次下西洋既是中国、也是亚洲海上交通的重大历史事件。当时的福州不仅是郑和下西洋的重要造船基地和后勤基地 ,同时也是琉球王国向明朝进贡和册封使臣出使琉球的主要门户。本文以此为线索 ,结合具体史实探讨郑和下西洋与琉球海上贸易的密切关系。

Zheng He's Sailing to West Ocean was an important event of maritime traffic history in China, also in Asia. At that time, Fuzhou was not only an important base of fishbuilding and logistic, but also the main gate by which the Ryukyu paid tribute to the Ming Dynasty and the Ming's bestowal minister went to the Ryukyu. Based on the clue above and specific historical materials, this thesis shows clearly that there was close relation between Zheng He's Sailing to West Ocean and the Ryukyu's maritime trade.
