本文旨在论述人民民主专政的形成必然 ,考察人民民主专政的制度结构与价值取向 ,以揭示决定当代中国政治制度结构的合法性基础和制度精神 ,并从中分析出中国政治形态中理想与现实、制度与主义、目标与手段的内在联系 。

The paper aims to elaborates the inevitability of the People's Democratic Dictatorship and examines the system structure and value orientation in order to expose the legal basis and the system. It also analyzes the internal relationship between idealism and reality, system and doctrine, target and means, thus providing a better understanding of the problems existing in China's political formation and its due development orientation.
