本文针对我国在生殖保健服务目标实现过程中存在的问题 ,从改革计生工作机制 ,扩大宣传力度 ,提高服务水平等角度出发 。

This paper briefly researches into the roads and ways to better genital health, in order to tackle the problems presently existing in the genital care in our country, and eventually improve it by reforming family planning system and promoting publicity in this respect.
