方丝弓矫治器加载与牙松动度提取参数关系的初步探讨

A clinical study on the relationship between tooth mobility parameters and edgewise appliance loading

目的 :研究FX - 1型牙松动度测量系统提取参数与临床牙松动度的关系 ,进一步明确其临床实用价值。方法 :受试者为安氏二类错牙合畸形患者 ,男 2人 ,女 4人 ;受试牙为B区中切牙、B区第一前磨牙 ;方丝弓矫治器加载前后各测定 1次 ,间隔 8～ 11d ;每一牙位测定 7次 ,测量时间为上午 10时 ;测量前后各拍摄X线片一张。结果 :方丝弓矫治器加载前受试牙临床松动度不足Ⅰ度 ,加载后均达到Ⅰ度 ;X线片示加载后除近牙颈部牙周膜腔略为增宽外 ,余无明显变化 ;方丝弓矫治器加载前后 ,参数S、K值的变化不具有统计学上的显著性差异 ,而参数t1、t2加载后比加载前增大 ,且具有统计学上的显著性差异。结论 :牙松动度信号中的时间参数t1。

AIM:By studying the relationship between parameters from FX-1 tooth mobility measurement system and clinical tooth mobility and identifying their clinical value. METHODS:6 subjects (2 male;4 female;age range 11 to 44 years) who have Angle's class Ⅱmalocclusion. Their teeth of 21,24 were evaluated. 8 to 11 days since edgewise appliance was used and tooth mobility was respectively measured before load and after load. Every tooth was measured 7 times by FX-1 tooth mobility measurement system at 10 am. X-ray films were taken before measuring. RESULTS:The clinical tooth mobility was below degreeⅠbefore load,but reachsed degreeⅠafter load. X-ray films showed no significant changing except that the root cervical part of periodontal membrane widened lightly. The averages of parameters S?K had no significant differences before load and after load. But the averages of parameters t1?t2 increaseed and had significant difference.CONCLUSION:Time parameters t1?t2 from tooth mobility signal can monitor the changing of clinical tooth mobility.
