摘要
本文简述了半导体制冷的原理,阐述了半导体制冷器件的特点及其在医疗仪器的应用,并提出对未来半导体制冷及其应用发展的认识。
The basic principle of the semiconductor refrigeration is described briefly.The specialities of its components as well as their wide application to medical equipments are introduced.Its development and new application are also mentioned.
