直接式管网叠压供水与传统供水方式的比较 被引量:14

摘要 直接式管网叠压供水系统由水泵、压力平衡器和变频数控柜三大部分组成 .自来水流入压力平衡器 ,水泵从压力平衡器吸水送至用户 .这种供水方式能充分利用自来水管网的剩余压力 ,当用户所需水压为一设定值时 ,变频数控柜可根据自来水管网剩余压力的大小而自动调节水泵转速 ,补充设定压力值的不足部分 ,从而达到节能的目的 .与传统供水方式相比 ,省去了水池和水箱 ,节省了土建投资 .比较两种供水方式的优缺点 ,通过工程实例得到如下结论 :叠压供水方式比传统供水方式节能约 5 0 % ,节省占地面积 80 %和工程造价约 47% .此外 ,对叠压供水设备推广用于消防给水进行了可行性分析 . Direct-pressure-superpositional system of water supply consists of water pump, hydraulic pressure balancer and frequency-conversion numerical controller. Tap water goes into hydraulic pressure balancer, from which water pump intakes water and pumps to consumers.Residual hydraulic pressure in network can be adequately applied in this way with the hydraulic pressure for users set,the frequency-conversion numerical controller can adjust the rotating speed on the residual hydraulic pressure in network to supply the hydraulic pressure, so the method can save energy plentifully.Compared with traditional method,water tanks and pools are unnecessary with the new method and the cost canbe reduced.From the practical project, it is known that using the direct-pressure-superpositional method of water supply can reduce energy 50%, save area about 80% and reduce the cost for civilwork 47%. Furthermore the ways to solve the problems in project design are presented in the paper and feasibility of the application of pressure-superpositional method of water supply to fire protection is analysed.
