海盐县生态公益林现状及发展对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures for Further Development of Ecological Forest in Haiyan

海盐县位于浙江省北部的杭嘉湖平原，现有林业用地 5 741 hm2，活立木蓄积量 411 308 m3，生态公益林建设面积 2 063 hm2，存在着生态公益林面积总量不足、林种树种结构不合理、林分质量和生态效益低等问题，必须通过抓好现有林分的改造提高，以绿色通道工程等大工程建设和建立、完善保障体系等措施促进生态公益林健康、快速发展。

Analysis on resources of current 2063ha ecological forest in Haiyan, Zhejiang province, showed insufficient area, irrational forest type and tree species, low stand quality and low economic benefit. Countermeasures were proposed for protection and further development of ecological forest.
