半胱胺对鹅胰液分泌及其淀粉酶活性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 装有胰腺 -十二指肠长久性瘘管的成年鹅 12只 ,圈养 ,夜间 (2 0 :0 0~次日 8:0 0 )禁食 ,随意饮水。试验采用前后自身对照。试验期在日粮中一次性添加半胱胺 (每千克体重 10 0 mg) ,连续计量 3d对照期和 8d试验期胰液分泌速率 ,并测定其中胰淀粉酶活性。结果 :添加半胱胺后 ,胰液连续 7d的分泌速率均极显著高于对照期 ,幅度为 71.2 8%~399.77%,其中白天升高 40 .80 %~ 45 6 .0 9%,夜间升高 143.74%~ 311.42 %;第 1天的单位容积胰淀粉酶活性显著高于对照期 ,而从第 4天起均极显著低于对照期 ,且白天的变化幅度大于夜间 ;每小时胰液中的胰淀粉酶总活性在第1~ 4天显著高于对照 (P<0 .0 1) ,且白天增加的幅度大于夜间。以上结果提示 ,半胱胺能促进鹅胰液的分泌 ,增加胰淀粉酶的分泌总量 ,从而提高鹅对饲料中淀粉的消化能力 ,满足机体在半胱胺调节下快速生长时的能量需求。 Twelve adult crossbred(Sichuan White×Tai Lake) geese were fitted chronic pancreatic and duodenal cannulas.The birds were fed in daytime(8:00~20:00) ad libitum,whereas fasted in nighttime.The experiment was consist of control and treated phase.CS was added in the diet at the dosage of 100 mg/kg·BW on the first day of treated phase.The pancreatic juice samples were collected continuously for three control days and eight treated days.The results showed that:①CS increased the average rate of pancreatic secretion by 71.28%-399.77%(P<0.01),in which that of daytime was elevated by 48.80%-456.09%(P<0.01),while that of nighttime elevated by 143.74%-311.42%(P<0.01).The secretion volume at daytime was more than that of night.②CS made the amylase activity of higher than that of control(P<0.05),and the amylase activity was lower than that of control in day 4-day 8(P<0.01),in which the change of daytime was more stronger than that of nighttime(P<0.05).③The total activity of amylase per hour was higher than that of control during day 1 to day 4(P<0.01),in which the total activity of the daytime was more than that of nighttime. These results indicate that CS can affect the secretion of pancreatic juice and amylase activity by depleting the somatostatin,so that benefits to improve the digestive foundation and supply more nutrition for quickly growing in geese.
