摘要
国际直接投资 (FDI)的发展引起了西方经济学家的极大关注 ,他们以此为研究对象发表了大量的论著 ,提出了一系列旨在阐明境外直接投资动因及其条件的理论和模型 ,已经形成了数十种国际直接投资理论流派。本文对其中具有代表性的国际直接投资理论予以系统回顾 ,并将有关国际直接投资研究的最新成果作一综述。
The development of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) brought about great interest of west economists. They took FDI as the research object and published a great number of treatises. They brought up a series of theories and models which clarified the motives and conditions of FDI. Now tens of theory schools of FDI were formed. The author reviewed systematically the representative theories of FDI and summarized the newest research achievements about FDI.
