The Present Situation and the Developing Foreground of the Study of Donggan

东干学兴起于 2 0世纪初 ,在吉尔吉斯斯坦共和国及前苏联几代学者的共同努力下 ,已出版了大量有价值的学术论著 ,同时也引起国际学术界的重视。近年来吉尔吉斯斯坦科学院东干学部加强与中国学术界交流 ,合作出版了一批研究成果 ,增进了两国人民之间的友谊与相互了解 ,同时还有许多领域有待于进一步加强合作研究。

The Study of Donggan sprang up in the beginning of 20th century. With the effort of several generations of the scholars of Kyrgyz Republic and former Soviet Union, a great number of valuable research treatises were published, which brought about great attention of the international academia. During the recent years, Department of the Study of Donggan, Academy of Kyrgyz Republic strengthened communication with Chinese academia and cooperatively published a batch of research achievements, Which promoted the friendship and understanding of two nations. Moreover, there are many fields to further cooperate and research.
