高校专业图书馆发展的思路及对策

Tactics to Manage the Specialized Library Better

本文结合专业图书馆的特点,认为要办好专业图书馆,其专业图书馆管理人员必须具备专业知识素质和图书馆知识素质,并具备一定的英语水平;专业图书馆的布局要合理有序;图书采购可由各基层单位完成,并由专业图书馆统一协调;通过对读者的教育培训以达到为读者更好服务的目的;同时,要及时收集读者要求的信息变化,通过PDCA循环使专业图书馆的服务质量、管理水平不断提高。

Considering the special dimension of specialized library in the university, this paper probes the tactics to improve the management quality of specialized library in the university, it is as follows:the librarian must have the knowledge of English, speciality and library science ; the physical layout of the library must be reasonable; it should train the readers with the special knowledge of library in order to serve them better, using the PDCA circle to improve the service quality continuously.
