摘要
学生公寓管理中的育人功能包括管理育人、文化育人和服务育人。随着高校后勤社会化的发展和我国高等教育体制改革的不断深化 ,学生工作的重心将逐渐转向学生生活区 ,学生公寓管理必须强化育人功能。我们应研究目前的新情况 ,更新思想观念、变革管理体制、引入竞争机制和吸引学生助管等 ,达到增强学生公寓管理育人功能的目的。
The educational functions of the management of the students' dormitory are in the aspects of management, culture and service. With the development of the system of commercialized university logistics and deepening of the reform in the higher education of China, the student work will focus on the living residential area and management of the students' dormitory.
