摘要 本文研究了6 0 Coγ射线辐照对蜜环菌的生物学效应。结果发现 :1 0~ 80Gy低剂量辐照能提高蜜环菌的生活力 ,促进其生长 ,提高可溶性蛋白质含量 ,对细胞膜脂过氧化无明显影响 ,2 0Gy辐照效果最显著 ,菌丝体生长量较对照增重 3 1 2 0 % ,MDA含量较对照低 2 7 4% ;大于 80Gy辐照则随剂量增大生长受抑制 ,膜脂质过氧化程度加剧。1 0~ 80Gy辐照还提高了菌丝体中SOD活性 ,高于 80Gy则随剂量增加酶活性降低 ;POD活性随辐照剂量递增酶活性提高 ,与MDA含量呈正相关。6 0 Coγ射线辐照提高了蜜环菌中核酸含量 ,且随剂量增加而增加 ,较对照分别提高 3 1 %~ 2 84 3 %和2 40 %~ 1 61 41 %。 2 0Gy剂量辐照使DNA、RNA和可溶性蛋白质含量均提高 ,3者呈明显正相关 ;2 0 0Gy辐照使DNA、RNA含量提高而可溶性蛋白质含量却呈下降趋势 ,其相关系数分别为 -0 83 89和 -0 73 40。琼脂糖凝胶电泳表明 ,2 0Gy辐照对DNA链无明显影响 ,而 2 0 0Gy辐照则出现严重拖尾 ,表明DNA链有严重断裂。DNA断裂主要发生在辐照后 6h之内 。 The biological effects of 60 Co γ\|ray irradiation on Armillaria mellea were studied.The results showed that the lower dose(10~80Gy) irradiation stimulated the growth and increased the content of soluble protein.The irradiation effects were most significant in the treatment of 20Gy with growth mass of 31.20% higher and MDA content of 27 4% lower than those of control.At higher dose(above 80Gy) the growth was inhibitied with the increase of irradiation dose.The lower dose of irradiation increased the activities of POD with the increase of dose and the activities of POD were proportional to the content of MAD with relative coefficient of 0 987.\;The content of DNA and RNA in the mycelia increased when trated with 60 Co γ\|ray and became higher with the increase of irradiation dose.At the dose of 20Gy,the content of DNA and RNA increased,while the content of soluble protein decreased with relative coefficients of -0 8389 and -0 7340,respectively.The electrophoresis of DNA showed that lower dose (20Gy) irradiation made little influence on the DNA of armillaria,while higher dose(200Gy) irradiation resulted in a lot of breaks of DNA strands and these breaks mostly appeared in the 6 hours after irradiation and could be self\|repaired gradually.
