摘要
介绍了我国果酒发展趋势、历史及现状,指出目前我国果酒行业中存在的问题,提出了今后发展的对策与思路。
The history,development trend and present condition of fruit wine in our country were reviewed in this paper.The affecting factors of fruit wine quality and yield were discussed and relative countermeasure to improve product were introduced.The prospect of application was expected in advance.
