Model and Strategy on Science and Technology Industrialization of Profound Process ing of Farm Products

在对天津市农产品深加工的技术特点及存在问题调查分析的基础上,提出了实现农产品深加工科技产业化的途径、基本模式和相应对策。

The technology characteristic and the existing problem of farm products' profound processing are researched and analyzed in this paper.On the base of it,the way,the fundamental model and the corresponding strategy to realize the science and technology industrialization of profound processing of farm products are pointed out.
