山羊配子输卵管内移植受精技术

以2只屡配不孕"波尔山羊"、1只F2代杂交波尔山羊、6只"徐淮白山羊"为卵子供体,经同期发情和超排处理,腹腔镜观察卵巢卵泡发育状况后筛选出供手术采卵供体。从7只供体中采集到可用卵子39枚,采用输卵管内配子移植(GIFT)技术植入受体徐淮母羊12只。移植后连续3个发情周期妊娠鉴定表明,12只受体中有6只未返情,妊娠率为50%。2只受体产单羔,1只受体产3羔(难产)。共移植39枚卵子,5枚发育为后代,配子受精发育率为13%。

In this study, two sterile boer does, one hybrid boer does in F2 generation,six local does were used as oocytes donors. After estrus synchronization and superovulation, seven donors were selected out through observation on follicle development by peritoneoscope.Thirty nine oocytes collected from seven donors and activated sperms were transferred into 12 recipients using GIFT (gamete intrafallopian transfer).Six recipients out of 12 did not show estrus following three estrus cycles after GIFT, and pregnancy rate of the recipients was diagnosed as 50%. Two recipients gave birth to single and one recipient aborted triplets.Among 39 oocytes transferred,5 developed,with the development rate being 13%
