摘要
采用分光光度法测定枇杷叶黄酮类化合物含量,采用Fenton法和邻苯三酚自氧法测定枇杷叶黄酮类化合物对·OH和O_2^-·的清除作用。结果表明,枇杷叶黄酮类化合物含量为78.86 mg·g^(-1),样品回收率为100.2%。枇杷叶黄酮类化合物对·OH和O_2^-·有较强的清除作用,其清除作用随枇杷叶黄酮类化合物质量浓度的增加而增强。
The content of flavonoids in the loquat leaves was determined by using UV-Vis spectrophotometry, and the effect of flavonoids on scavenging·OH and O_2^-·was studied by various antioxidant assays. The results shows that the flavonoids content was 78.86 mg/g, the recovery rate was 100.2% and the flavonoids in the loquat leaves had a relatively strong effect on scavenging·OH and O_2^-·. The scavenging rate of hydroxyl free radical increased with the addition of total flavonoids.
