安徽省青少年新校园足球特色学校足球师资的现状分析

运用问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等多种研究方法对安徽省青少年新校园足球特色学校足球师资现状进行调查分析,结果表明:足球师资的年龄趋于年轻化;性别比例男性大于女性;学历主要集中在本科;职称结构不合理,工资水平低;体育类专业与运训非足球专项的师资在足球师资中所占的比重较大,足球师资中绝大部分不具有足球专项运动等级和教练员等级证书,参赛和带队比赛经历较少;没有裁判员资格的师资所占比例较多,有一半以上的师资都没有过足球比赛的执裁经历。
