摘要
生物操纵措施是目前一个富有前景的生态治理手段。实验采用正交试验方法,以大型溞(Daphnia)数量、小球藻(Chlorella)量、试验富营养化净化水体体积以及净化时间为探究因素,探究4个因素在相同环境条件下对污染水体净化效果的影响。实验表明,各处理组对水体中的TN、TP、COD、BOD、浊度、溶解氧以及pH值均有不同程度的净化效果。当小球藻数量为10×10~9个、水溞数量为30个、富营养化水体积为100 mL以及净化时间为3 d时净化效果最佳。
Orthogonal experiment was used to investigate the effects of the amount of Daphnia magna, the amount of Chlorella, the volume of purified water and the purification time. The results showed that different treatments had different purification effects on TN, TP, COD, BOD, turbidity, dissolved oxygen and pH in water. The best purification was achieved when the number of Chlorella was 10×10~9, the number of daphnia was 30, the volume of eutrophic water was 100mL, and the purification time was 3d.
