摘要
针对目前三维直角坐标机器人缺乏智能识别控制和远程控制的问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉的三维直角坐标机器人远程控制系统。该系统利用机器视觉的智能识别作用实现机器人的智能控制,通过简洁直观的人机交互界面结合PC计算机与树莓派的wifi无线数据传输实现对机器人的远程控制,且通过实验系统成功实现了远程分拣不同形状的工件。实验证明该控制系统软硬件设计正确,操作方便,且易于实现。
In view of the present lack of intelligent recognition and remote control for three-dimensional cartesian robot at present, this paper proposes a three-dimensional cartesian robot with remote control system based on machine vision. The system achieves the intelligent control of robot by using the intelligent recognition function of machine vision. The robot is controlled remotely by a simple and intuitive human-computer interface combined with the wireless data transmission between PC and raspberry pi. And through the experimental system, we successfully achieves the remote sorting of different shapes of workpieces. Experiments show that the control system has the correct design of software and hardware, easy operation and easy implementation.
