武医养生保健新兴产业的发展现状——以佛山为例

The current emerging situation of Martial arts health-care——Foshan as an example

武医养生保健新兴产业的发展对实施健康中国战略具有积极作用。采用文献资料、调查等研究法,对佛山武医养生保健这一新兴产业的现状进行调研,结果显示:武医养生保健产业在佛山五区发展不平衡,尚处于初级发展阶段,还没能形成知名品牌;从业人员以中青年男性居多,整体学历不高;以企业内部培训为主、且时间较短,总体收入水平偏低;存在着服务不够规范、标准缺失、超范围经营等问题。应强化监管,加快行业标准建设,规范从业人员执业、培训、考核和服务效果评价,进而促进武医养生保健产业的升级。

The development ofMartial Arts health-care plays a positive role in the implementation of the Strategy of Healthy China;The paper,by adopting such approaches as literature review,investigation,intends to make some research on current situation ofMartial Arts health-care in Foshan;The result shows that the development of Martial Arts health-care among five districts in Foshan is imbalanced,no famous brand has been found;related enterprises apply short-term internal training and low income;the majority of employees are young and middle-aged men with loweducation;there are some problems such as the non-standard service,and operations beyond scope;it is necessary to strengthen supervision,speed up the construction of industry standards,standardize employee practice,training,assessment and evaluation of service effects for upgrading of Martial Arts health-care.
