摘要
在模具用钢表面化学镀Ni-B-MoS2镀层,通过扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等手段对镀层的表面形貌、晶体结构及成分进行表征,并对镀层的硬度、镀速、结合力、孔隙率、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性进行测试。结果表明,Ni-B-MoS2镀层耐蚀性良好,硬度高,减磨性能良好,轮胎模具用钢表面经化学镀Ni-B-MoS2处理后符合耐磨板使用要求。
Ni-B-MoS2alloy was deposited on the surface of mold steels by electroless plating technique, then the surface morphology, phase constituent and composition of the coating were characterized by SEM, XRD, EDS. In the meanwhile, its hardness, thickness, adhesion, porosity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and viscose performance were also examined. The results showed that coatings were amorphous with cellular structure, high hardness, good adhesion, low porosity, excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Therefore, the electroless plated Ni-B-MoS2alloy can meet the requirements to enhance the wear resistance of mold steels.
