摘要
轴不对称联芳香化合物具有独特的立体化学性质,从七十年代以来受到有机化学家的重视。作者结合本人及同工作者的研究成果,讨论了联芳香化合物的立体化学、手性识别作用、合成方法及其在不对称有机反应和合成中的应用。
Because of its unique stereochemical properties, the axially dissymmetric biaryls have been studied with great interesting since 1970s. In this article, combining with author's own research results , the stereochemistry, chiral recognition, synthetic methods of aryl-aryI coupling reactions, and applications in asymmetric organic reactions of axially dissymmetric biaryls were reviewed.
