摘要
本文叙述了在NMP-Cacl_2溶液体系低温溶液缩聚中,单体的摩尔浓度,第三单体的用量,添加剂的用量以及反应的起始温度对聚合物特性粘度的影响。结果表明:当单体的浓度为0.4mole/l,第三单体用量为20%(摩尔百分比)添加剂的用量为溶剂的3%~6%(体积百分比),反应的起始温度为0~5℃时,聚合物的特性粘度可达到5以上,缩聚物适宜纺丝且表现出明显的抗燃性。
Effects of (Ⅰ) the quantity used of the third monomer-2, 5 -dichloro terephtha-loyl dichloried, ( Ⅱ) mole concentration of monomers, ( Ⅲ )quantity used of additive, ( Ⅳ ) the initial temperature of reaction on the inherent viscosity of polymer are described in this paper when terephthaloyl dichloride and terephen-ylene diamine polymerize at low temperature in solution. The results show that when(Ⅰ)the third monomer quantity used is 20%. (mole percentage),(Ⅱ) the mole concentration of monomers is 0. 4M, (Ⅲ) the quantity used of additive is 3% -6% of solvent (volume percentage),( Ⅳ ) the initial temperature of reaction is 0-5 c, the polymers have relative high viscosities with more than 5. That the inherent viscosity of polymer descreases with the increasing the quantity used of the third monomers.
