摘要 治理的典型特征是多元主体共同参与的共同治理。教育治理是现代教育体系建设的重要内核。对现有教育体系进行SWOT分析是地方构建现代教育治理体系的前提。在治理理论的视角下,佛山市教育体系存在法律法规缺失、管理方式的惯性、意识观念滞后、内部治理结构不合理、社会参与治理途径单一等问题。需要从国家立法保障、界定政府权责、改善学校内部治理结构、拓宽社会参与途径、转变意识观念等方面着手改革。 The typical feature of governance is the multiple subjects participating in common governance.Education governance is an importance kernel of the construction of the modern education system. SWOT analysis of the existing education system is the premise of local constructive modern education governance system. From the perspective of governance theory, there are several main problems existing in the education system of Foshan city, including insufficient of laws and regulations, the inertia of management way, the backward in thinking, the unreasonable structure of internal governance, the single social participation way to the education governance and so on. Effective measures should be taken to solve these problems such as formulating and revising specific legal documents, definition of the governmental responsibilities, improving school internal governance structure, broadening the way of social participation and changing the sense of consciousness.
