新时代高校“互联网+党建”的问题与对策

On the Issue out of “Internet Plus Party Building” and the Relevant Countermeasures in the New Era

进入新时代以来,"互联网+"方兴未艾。在此背景下,"互联网+党建"成为高校创新党建的一种新尝试。然而,在实践中它仍存在不少问题,概括起来可称之为"五重五轻"——重建设轻管理、重形式轻内涵、重任务轻实效、重规划轻落实、队伍建设重数量轻质量。为此,高校党建要紧跟时代步伐,掌握互联网传播规律,着力改进和创新高校党建的管理体系、教育体系、话语体系,构建阵地建设、平台建设、队伍建设、作风建设、理论建设为"五位一体"的高校"互联网+党建"模式,助推高校党建创新发展。

Along with the prevailing "Internet plus" initiative in this New Era, the strategy of "Internet plus Party Building"has been on trial at a plenty of higher educational institutions. Practical as this approach is,some predicament has come into being, which, in brief, is categorized between five focuses and five neglect, i.e., focuses on construction, form, mission, planning and team quantity but with neglect of management, core value, efficiency, outcome as well as quality. Based on this analysis, it is advised no efforts be spared on the study of E-communication regularity and the "five-in-one Internet plus Party Building" mode, namely,construction of position, platform, team, performance and theory, which are to be innovated by means of the management, education and discourse system.
