摘要
在全国高校争创"双一流"、构建"高水平大学"背景下,探索当前高校党支部建设存在的问题及原因,从理论、制度、组织、考评以及活动模式等方面践行创新建设,提升党支部的创造力、凝聚力、战斗力,牢固树立党的一切工作到支部的鲜明导向,落实党委抓党建的主体责任,做到"围绕中心抓党建,抓好党建促发展",以抓党建创新,促中心工作。
Under the background of striving for "Double-First Class" development and building "High-Level University " in national colleges and universities, the essay explores the existing problems and reasons in the construction of university communist party branches. Foshan University party branches has practised innovation construction in the field of theory, system, organization, evaluation and activity patterns to improve the creativity, cohesion and combat effectiveness of party branches, firmly establish a clear orientation from all work of the party to its branches and implement the main responsibility of the party committee to party building. The essay comes to a conclusion that it is necessary to achieve the goal of "Focus on Party Construction and Promote the Development of Party Building", which requires us to grasp the party building innovation and promote the central work.
