资源禀赋、风险容忍与农民创业规模

Resource Endowment, Risk Tolerance and the Scale of Farmers' Entrepreneurship

农民创业者跟其他创业者一样,基于个人经济资本、人力资本和社会资本三种资源禀赋进行创业,并积极做出集中在资源禀赋基础之上的创业规模选择。以广东省广州、清远、惠州、河源、江门五市的部分创业农民为研究对象,基于问卷调查数据的实证分析结果表明,农民创业者的经济资本、人力资本与社会资本均正向影响其创业规模,且风险容忍在此过程中发挥正向中介作用。

Like other entrepreneurs, farmer entrepreneurs start their own businesses based on three resources of economic capital, human capital, and social capital, and actively make entrepreneurial choices focused on resource endowments. Taking the entrepreneurial farmers in Guangzhou, Qingyuan, Huizhou, Heyuan, and Jiangmen in Guangdong Province as the research object, the empirical analysis based on questionnaire survey data shows that the economic capital, human capital, and social capital of the farmers’ entrepreneurs positively affect their entrepreneurial scale, and risk tolerance play a positive mediating role in this process.
