维持性血液透析患者透析指标规范化监测初探

The evaluation of monitoming matrkers of maintencance hemodialysis.

目的 探讨维持性血液透析患者的监测指标。方法 将 2 6例病人分为监测组及对照组 ,监测两组病人的ALB、CHO、HB、HCT、Ca、P、KT/V、PCR含量。结果 与对照组相比较监测组ALB、HB含量显著增高 ,而病死率降低。结论 定期监测ALB、CHO、HB、HCT、Ca、P、KT/V、PCR含量 。

Objective To investigate the monitoring markers of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 26 patients were divided into two groups:monitors and controls.It were examed that value of ALB,CHO,HB,HCT,Ca,P,KT/V,PCR of tow groups.Results ALB,HB,of the monitored patients were significantly increased in comparison with controls.but dead rate was decread.Conclusion Periodic examming the value of ALB,CHO,HB,HCT,Ca,P,KT/V,PCR is benefical to improvement of symptoms and survival rate in maintenance hemodialysis patients.
