尼莫地平对糖尿病周围神经病变48例治疗效果观察

Effects of nimodipine on 48 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.

目的 观察尼莫地平口服对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。方法 采用尼莫地平口服治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者 48例 ,观察其治疗前后临床症状及肌电图的改变。结果 用尼莫地平口服治疗 6月后临床症状有所改善 ,肌电图有明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 尼莫地平对早期糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗是安全。

Objective To investigate the effects of nimodipine in oral therapy on the diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Fourty eight patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy took nimodipine perorally.And the effects of nimodipine in oral therapy on the symptoms of neuropathy and changes in electromyography.Results After oral therapy for six months,Improvement of symptoms of neuropathy began to appear,and there was more obvious improvement in electromyography( P <0.05).Conclusion Nimodipine is an effective and safe drug for early diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
