摘要
针对地面集输系统的实际工况,研究了H2S、CO2以及Cl-共存条件下元素硫对材料应力腐蚀开裂和失重腐蚀的影响,结果表明元素硫对材料应力腐蚀开裂的影响有限,主要是影响材料的失重腐蚀;同时采用SEM(扫描电镜)、XRD(X射线衍射仪)对材料的断口和腐蚀产物进行了分析,最后总结、分析元素硫腐蚀机理。
The objective of this paper is to investigate the joint effects of stress corrosion cracking(SCC) and weight loss corrosion on pipeline steel under the presence of elemental sulfur along with other corrosive environments and factors.The results indicate that the presence of elemental sulfur only applied limited impact on steel cracking growth,but primarily on weight-loss corrosion.The results of sample fracture analysis with scanning electronic microscope(SEM) and corrosion products investigation with x-ray refraction diffraction(XRD) are also discussed in this paper to find out and summarize the corrosion mechanism of elemental sulfur.
