摘要
介绍了新型纳米改性含氟聚芳醚酮聚合物及其高分子合金涂层的制备与性能评价。将钛纳米高分子合金涂料制成油井管涂层后,与目前国内外油井管所用涂层进行性能比较。结果显示,钛纳米高分子合金涂层在附着力、抗冲击、涂层硬度、耐磨蚀、耐高温、耐高压等物理性能和耐化学腐蚀性方面具有明显的技术优势。介绍了纳米有机钛重防腐蚀涂料的开发与应用前景。
This paper introduced the preparation and performance evaluation of nano-titanium fluorinated polyaryletherketone.Comparing the performances of titanium nanometer polymer alloy coating with the coatings used on oil well pipes at home and abroad,the result showed that the former coating had obvious technologic advantages at adhesion,impact resistance,hardness,abrasion resistance,high temperatu-re resistance,high pressure resistance and other physical properties,and chemical corrosion resistance.In addition,this paper introduced the development and application prospect of the nano organic titanium heavy anti-corrosion coating.
