摘要
川西须家河组气藏为高温、高压、含CO2裂缝性有水气藏,地层水矿化度高,气井产水后对生产管柱及地面设备腐蚀严重。针对气井腐蚀环境及管材腐蚀特征,采用室内腐蚀模拟、软件模拟及现场试验,开展了气井管材CO2腐蚀、电偶腐蚀研究,深化了腐蚀规律认识。为维持气井长期稳产,提出了一些针对性防腐蚀措施。
Xujiahe formation gas pool in western Sichuan is a high temperature,high pressure and fractured gas reservoir with some water,carbon dioxide and high reservoir water salinity.The production string and ground equipment are corroded badly after gas wells produced water.According to the gas well corrosion environment and corrosion characteristics,the interior corrosion simulation,software simulation and field testing were performed to study.the carbon dioxide corrosion and galvanic corrosion of the gas well tubings.The corrosion law is summarized and some targeted anticorrosive measures to maintain the long-term stable production of the gas wells are suggested.
