水性封闭聚异氰酸酯/含羟基聚丙烯酸酯体系固化动力学

摘要 采用TGA/DSC同步热分析仪用非等温法对水性封闭型聚异氰酸酯/含羟基聚丙烯酸酯体系的热固化动力学进行了研究。选取4组不同的升温速率(5,10,15,20℃/min),得到TG和DSC曲线。在20℃/min升温速率下出现异常TG曲线后,研究了该升温速率对固化动力学研究的影响。结果表明,出现上述异常情况,对固化动力学结果影响较大,应不考虑该升温速率下的DSC数据。同时得到该水性封闭型脂肪族聚异氰酸酯/含羟基聚丙烯酸酯体系的固化反应表观活化能为47.88kJ·mol-1,表观频率因子为5.82×107 s-1,反应级数为0.90。 TGA/DSC simultaneous thermal analyzer was used to study the curing kinetics of the waterborne blocked polyisocyanate and hydroxyl polyacrylic system.TG and DSC curves were obtained at four different heating rates including 5℃/min,10 ℃/min,15 ℃/min and 20 ℃/min.After abnormal TG curve occurred at 20 ℃/min,the curing kinetics with and without according DSC data were calculated for comparison.The results show that because of the great influence of the abnormal TG data on the curing kinetics,the DSC data according to the abnormal TG data cannot be used to calculate the curing kinetics.The apparent activation energy is 47.88kJ·mol-1,the apparent frequency factor is 5.82×107 s-1,and the evaluated reaction order is 0.90.
