聚/灰比对金属油罐无机基长寿命防腐蚀材料性能的影响

摘要 为研究聚/灰比对金属油罐无机基长寿命防腐蚀材料性能的影响,研究了不同聚/灰比条件下的材料力学性能、防腐蚀性能及抗老化性能等的差异,采用扫描电子显微镜分析了材料微观结构与宏观性能间的内在联系。结果表明,聚/灰比R=0.3~0.5时,材料综合性能最好,在这一范围内进行适当调节,可得到具有不同柔韧性能的长寿命无机基防腐蚀材料;聚合物乳液与水泥形成了一种立体三维网络结构,增强了材料的复合效应,使材料同时具有无机材料耐候性高、强度好以及有机材料柔韧性好、粘附力强、防腐蚀性能优异的共同特点。 For studying the effect of polymer/cement ratio(R)on the performance of inorganic-based long-life anti corrosion materials used for metal tanks,the performance differences such as mechanical properties,anti-corrosion ability and aging resistance were investigated.The internal relationships between microstructure and macroscopic properties were studied by scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that when the Rvalue was in the range of 0.3-0.5,the material exhibited the best overall performance.Appropriately adjusting the Rvalue within this range,long-life inorganic-based corrosion material with different flexibility would be prepared.And the polymer emulsion and cement formed a three-dimensional network structure,which enhanced the composite effect.The threedimensional structure made the material exhibit high weathering resistance and good strength of inorganic materials as well as good flexibility,strong adhesion and excellent corrosion resistance of organic materials.
