摘要
对几种碳钢和低合金钢在全国13个大气腐蚀试验站点进行了现场暴露试验,测试了钢的腐蚀速率和点蚀数据,分析了钢在自然大气环境中的不均匀腐蚀行为。结果表明,钢在不同的自然大气环境中的不均匀腐蚀倾向不同;在腐蚀严酷的环境,钢的腐蚀类型以全面不均匀腐蚀为主,但腐蚀率和点蚀系数不存在对应关系;在腐蚀轻微的环境,钢的腐蚀类型主要为均匀腐蚀,没有发现明显点蚀。
Several carbon steels and weathering steels were exposed at 13 atmospheric corrosion testing sites in China.The corrosion rates and the pitting data were measured.Non-uniform corrosion of steels was analyzed.The results showed that the non-uniform corrosion tendency of steels was different in different natural atmospheric environments.Non-uniform corrosion of steels occurred in harsh atmospheric corrosion environments,but there was no corresponding relationship between the corrosion rate and pitting factor.Uniform corrosion of steels occurred in slight atmospheric corrosion environments,pitting was not found on the exposed samples.
