摘要
采用电解硝酸银水溶液的方法制备银纳米粒子,利用自组装技术将银纳米粒子分别组装于交联剂丙烯基硫脲(ATU)、硫脲(TU)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)修饰的碳钢电极表面,制得丙烯基硫脲、硫脲和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与银纳米粒子自组装混合膜。采用电化学方法如交流阻抗谱(EIS)、极化曲线等研究该自组装膜在0.5mol·L-1 NaCl溶液中的缓蚀作用。结果表明,碳钢表面形成的有机物/银纳米粒子自组装混合膜对碳钢有很好的缓蚀作用。其中尤以丙稀基硫脲为交联剂,银纳米粒子组装3h的混合膜电极抗腐蚀效果最佳,缓蚀率达到94.8%。
Ag nanoparticles were prepared by electrolyzing silver nitrate solution.Attempts were made to assemble the Ag nanoparticles on the surface of 20# carbon steel using different cross-linking agents such as acryl-thiourea(ATU),thiourea(TU)and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP).Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and polarization curves were used to detect the corrosion inhibition of Ag-assembled films for the carbon steel in 0.5mol·L-1 NaCl solution.The results showed that the Ag-assembled films with different cross-linking agents all had corrosion inhibition and the corrosion inhibition reached 94.8%,being the best when using ATU with Ag assembling for three hours.
