摘要
采用SEM观察了锈蚀输电线路铁塔基材不同表面处理后基材形貌和涂层体系腐蚀后的表面形貌,采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了锈蚀输电线路铁塔表面处理程度和处理方法对涂层耐蚀性的影响。利用Bode图、10kHz下涂层相角、涂层电阻和吸水率等电化学参数和物理参数,对不同表面处理涂层体系的耐腐蚀性能进行了比较和评价。结果表明,基材表面处理程度及处理方法对涂层耐蚀性能有很大影响,表面处理等级结果为:St3等级>St2等级,表面处理方法结果为:砂纸打磨>钢刷处理,几种评价方法得出的结果基本一致。
The surface morphologies of rusted transmission line tower substrates with different surface treatments and corroded coating systems were observed by SEM.The influence of different surface treatments of transmission tower on coating properties was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The protective properties of the coating systems was compared and evaluated according to the Bode plots,phase angle at 10 kHz,coating resistance and water absorption.The results showed that the degrees of substrate surface treatment and treatment methods have a great impact on the coating anticorrosion properties as the following order:surface treatments grades:St3>St2,treatment methods:sandpaper>steel brush handling.
