摘要
以龙岗气田集气管线为例,对管线阴极保护现状及保护效果进行了研究;采用含水率测试及扫描电镜检测等方法,研究了防腐蚀保温层对外加电流阴极保护的屏蔽性。结果表明,外加电流阴极保护对埋地带保温层管线起不到"完全"的保护作用,仅能保护外防护层、保温层、三层PE防腐蚀层全部破损处。
Taking the gas gathering lines of Longgang gas field as an example,the current situation and effect of cathodic protection were studied.The moisture content testing and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were used to study the current shielding characteristic of the anti-corrosion thermal insulation layer.The results show that impressed current cathodic protection can not protect buried pipelines with thermal insulation layer fully,only protect the breakage sites in the outer protective layer,thermal insulation layer and 3PE anti-corrosion layer.
