摘要
介绍了OB2-185E型循环冷却水泵腐蚀形态,从结构、选材、工作环境等方面分析了腐蚀原因,提出了相应的防护措施。实践表明,采用处理措施后的冷却泵运行8个月后各部件状态良好,未发现有继续腐蚀现象。
The corrosion forms of OB2-185 Ecirculating cooling pump in Tianwan Nuclear Power Station(TNPS)are introduced.The reasons of corrosion are analyzed from the aspects of structure,material-selection,working environment etc.The corresponding protection measures are proposed.The practice shows that all components are in good condition through 8 months of operation after treatment measures were adopted,no further corrosion phenomenon is found.
